每五分鐘計一次太陽位置，連附近大廈、山勢及上一層露台的遮擋都計算在內，量度點在客廳窗前、離地一米。The sun's position every five minutes, blocked by nearby towers, hills and the balcony above, measured at the living-room glass, a metre above the floor.

每個數字，都有出處。Every figure has a source.

常見問題Questions

模擬有幾準？ How accurate is it?

附近建築物及山勢來自地政總署三維地圖，水平約 ±0.3 米、垂直約 ±0.5 米。未建成的大廈按售樓說明書的平面、層高及位置繪畫，每個尺寸都記錄頁碼。日照按晴天計算，未計雲及煙霞。每個數字都附可信度及數據日期。Nearby buildings and hills come from the Lands Department's 3D map, accurate to about ±0.3 m across and ±0.5 m in height. Unbuilt towers are drawn from the sales brochure's plans, storey heights and site plan, with every dimension's page recorded. Sun is for clear days; cloud and haze are not counted. Every figure carries a confidence level and a data date.

係咪發展商提供？ Is it from the developer?

不是。這是獨立的模擬，並非由賣方提供，只供參考。請參閱售樓說明書及到現場視察。No. It is an independent simulation, not provided by the vendor, for reference only. Please refer to the sales brochure and visit the site.

「未來建築物」點樣計？ How are future buildings counted?

加入同一項目或附近已知但未建成的大廈。位置及高度按售樓說明書；未公布高度的，以假設高度顯示並註明。開關隨時切換，兩組數字都會列出。It adds towers of the same or nearby projects that are known but not yet built, placed and sized from their brochures. Where a height is not published, an assumed height is used and labelled. Switch it on or off; both sets of figures are shown.

要收費嗎？ Does it cost anything?

全部免費，毋須登記。每個樓盤、每個單位及所有功能都可以直接使用。It's all free, with no sign-up: every development, every flat and every feature.

會有更多樓盤嗎？ Will there be more developments?

會。新樓盤公布售樓說明書後，我們會在數日內加入。Yes. New developments are added within days of their sales brochure coming out.
