1. 我們是誰 Who we are

本網站由 JOL Studio Limited（「我們」）營運，是你個人資料的資料使用者。This site is run by JOL Studio Limited ("we", "us") and is the data user of your personal data.

2. 我們收集的資料 What we collect

• 瀏覽統計：我們以 Vercel Web Analytics 統計瀏覽次數。它不使用 cookies，亦不會識別你的身分：只記錄所開啟的頁面、你從哪個網站來到、大約所在地區（國家及城市），以及裝置類型、作業系統及瀏覽器。為分辨不同訪客，它會按你的連線計算一個代碼，並於 24 小時後棄掉。我們亦會統計開啟了哪個樓盤、座數、樓層及單位的景觀，不涉及個人資料。Visit counts: we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: it records the page opened, the site you came from, your rough location (country and city), and your device type, operating system and browser. To tell visitors apart it works out a code from your connection and throws it away after 24 hours. We also count which development, tower, floor and flat views are opened, with no personal data.
• 你寄給我們的電郵：如你電郵給我們（例如報告問題），包括你的電郵地址及內容。Emails you send us: if you email us (for example to report a problem), your email address and what you write.
• 技術紀錄：網站寄存服務自動保存的伺服器紀錄（例如 IP 地址、瀏覽器類型及所開啟的頁面），用於保安及排除故障。Technical records: server logs kept automatically by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages opened), for security and fixing faults.

本網站沒有帳戶，不收取任何款項，亦不使用廣告追蹤或 cookies。你的裝置會保存兩項只留在裝置上的資料：你已關閉「加至主畫面」提示，以及你選擇下載的離線樓盤資料。分享的連結只記錄樓盤、樓層、單位及畫面設定，不含個人資料。The site has no accounts, takes no payments, and uses no advertising tracking or cookies. Your device keeps two things that stay on it: that you closed the "add to home screen" hint, and any development data you chose to save for offline use. Shared links record only the development, floor, flat and view settings, with no personal data.

3. 用途 Why we use it

未經你同意，我們不會把你的個人資料用於直接促銷，亦不會出售你的個人資料。We will not use your personal data for direct marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it.

4. 是否必須提供 Do you have to give it

使用本網站毋須提供任何個人資料。如你電郵給我們，我們需要你的電郵地址才能回覆。You do not need to give any personal data to use the site. If you email us, we need your email address to reply.

5. 轉交及跨境處理 Who else handles it, and where

以下服務供應商代我們處理你的資料，只可用於為我們提供服務：These service providers handle your data for us, only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel Inc.（網站寄存及瀏覽統計；網站功能在香港區域運行）Vercel Inc. (hosting and visit counts; the site's functions run in the Hong Kong region)
• 我們的電郵服務供應商（只限你電郵給我們時）our email provider (only when you email us)

這些供應商可能在香港以外（例如美國）儲存或處理資料。法律要求時，我們亦可能向執法或監管機構披露資料。These providers may store or process data outside Hong Kong, for example in the United States. We may also disclose data to law enforcement or regulators when the law requires it.

6. 保留期 How long we keep it

瀏覽統計只以整體數字保存，不含個人資料。你寄來的電郵只保留至處理完畢所需的時間。伺服器紀錄按寄存服務的設定，短期保留。Visit counts are kept only as totals, with no personal data. Emails you send us are kept only as long as we need to deal with them. Server logs are kept for a short time, as set by the hosting provider.

7. 保安 Security

所有連線均經加密。我們只保存提供服務所需的資料，並只讓有需要的人員及供應商存取。All connections are encrypted. We keep only the data the service needs, and only people and providers who need it can reach it.

8. 查閱、改正及刪除 Access, correction and deletion

你有權要求查閱及改正我們持有的你的個人資料，亦可要求刪除這些資料。請以書面寄至 info@jolstudio.com。我們會在 40 日內回覆；處理查閱要求可能收取不超逾法例容許的費用。You have the right to ask for a copy of, and to correct, the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to delete it. Write to info@jolstudio.com. We reply within 40 days, and may charge a fee for a copy, no more than the law allows.

9. 更改 Changes

我們可能更新本政策，並會在本頁顯示更新日期；重大更改會在網站上通知。We may update this policy and will show the date of the update on this page; we will give notice on the site of significant changes.
